Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer require the item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order details.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are final. Please inspect items before purchase.
Online Orders
Please ensure all measurements and product details are reviewed carefully prior to purchase. Pot Barn is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Damage
